The Golden Ratio
Turning Purpose into Design: Our Logo Symbolizes Optimal Growth, Balance, Efficiency, and Protection
You might recognize this image as the Golden Ratio. You may also know it as the Fibonacci Sequence, or the Greek number pi (π).
The Golden Ratio is the most efficient way for natural structures to enhance space and resources, ensuring optimal growth, efficiency and protection. It’s a number so important that the cosmos dances to its score – and it’s everywhere if you look for it:
- From a conch shell to the spiraling cosmos, it’s the pattern for growth.
- From petals on a flower to branches on a tree, it’s the structure of efficiency.
- It correlates to the space between a piano’s keys and a symphony of musical sequences.
- It turns purpose into design, bringing balance to almost everything in our created world.
For the technically minded, the Golden Ratio exists when a line is divided into two parts and the longer part (a) divided by the smaller part (b) is equal to the sum of (a) + (b) divided by (a), which both equal 1.618.

We’re happy to let our logo speak for itself. It represents the pattern for optimal growth, balance, efficiency, and protection – and for turning purpose into design.
